About Feel Good Therapy

Feel Good Therapy is a professional counselling space dedicated to mental well-being. It is about creating a supportive environment where you can pause, reflect, and heal. Life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. Here, therapy is about gaining self-awareness, breaking unhelpful patterns, and learning healthier ways to cope. Using evidence-based techniques, the goal is to support you in finding clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being. Hi, I’m Megha P., therapist and founder of Feel Good Therapy. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, or self-doubt, with compassion and evidence-based techniques.

With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, I am trained in CBT, DBT, Gestalt Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and  LGBTQ+ affirmative  Therapy, among others. My approach is holistic and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to best support you. Therapy isn’t just about managing symptoms; it’s about building self-awareness, breaking unhelpful patterns, and creating lasting change.
